Patients will need to make an appointment with their doctor or another doctor at the practice to get their results. Due to the “PRIVACY ACT” we are unable to give this information over the telephone.

However, if the results are abnormal we will phone or advise you in writing that attention is required.

EVERYONE IS AUTOMATICALLY PLACED ON THE NATIONAL REMINDER SYSTEM UNLESS YOU SPECIFY OTHERWISE

(A letter and your signature will be required for our records if this is the case)

Copies of information from Specialists are not provided by this Practice. If such information is required, this must be obtained directly from the Specialist.

Copies Pathology can only be given by the requesting doctor, please book an appointment if you have any concerns, or require a copy.

Our Doctors are extremely busy and will make every effort to deal with any emergency calls about medication or an urgent matter.

However, they are often with patients and unable to take the call immediately unless it is of an urgent nature.

MOST forms that need completion incur a fee.

Please ask at front reception before you see the Doctor. Payment must be made at the time of consultation.
